returning or exchanging items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt. returns must be communicated prior to the shipping, and any returns without communication will not accepted. we are only accepting returns and exchange after it is confirmed that items are brand new and never worn. after communicating, you can create your own shipping label and send it to us. for exchanges, we ship the new garment after confirming that it is brand new quality.

shipping fee does not include import duties that may be charged when the packages arrives the country of destination. if you deny to pay the import duties and want a refund, please be advised we must deduct the import duties and return shipping fee from the refund amount.
